Sign up to attend a free, in-person learning experience designed to help older adults use ChatGPT confidently, safely, and practically. This event will be on September 16th from 9:00am - 12:00pm with an optional Q&A and practice time until 1:00pm at the Courtyard by Marriott, Boise West/Meridian. 

Why attend?

• Hands-on practice: Curious to learn how to use ChatGPT but not sure where to start? Join us to get hands-on practice in a safe learning environment. 

• Beginners welcome: No coding or technical background required. Participants will get a guided introduction to ChatGPT.

• Learn from mentors and peers: Get support from trained OpenAI facilitators and mentors, and learn alongside peers in your community. 

• Free stuff! Attendance to the Jam is free. OpenAI will provide breakfast, swag, 12 months free of ChatGPT Plus, and send you home with a tasty treat.

This event is hosted by LEARN Idaho, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping older adults build the digital skills and confidence needed to stay connected, informed, and independent. Through their ongoing technology education programs across the Treasure Valley, they see strong interest in learning how to use AI safely and practically and are partnering with OpenAI and Senior Planet from AARP to make this hands-on learning opportunity accessible to older adults in our community.
